With the TeleCare emergency watch, people are protected on the way. The watch can be worn by many usergroups eg. by athletes, children, active best agers or people with dementia.
The built-in SIM card allows telephone calls and communication with the web platform “Rafael”. Via the web platform “Rafael”, the emergency watch can be very easily programmed. The position will be displayed on a map so you can find the person easily. The monthly costs for the web platform and the integrated SIM card are EUR 10.80 incl. VAT. The contract will be sent to you after the order.
It is possible to have the emergency calls also processed by a professional emergency call center. The emergency call center takes over the entire process of the rescue chain. This ensures that the emergency call is processed with certainty and emergency help is provided quickly. The costs for the professional emergency call processing are monthly from EUR 10.80 incl. VAT.
With the integrated microphone and speaker can be spoken handsfree in an emergency with the person. The exact position is transmitted via the built-in GPS receiver so that no time is lost in a case of an emergency.
The charging station recognizes when the emergency watch is nearby and sends the deposited address of the charging station. If a larger area or an outbuilding is to be monitored, these can be extended with the optionally available beacon modules for indoor location.

beacon moduls for indoor localization
The optionally available beacon modules are used for indoor location. These are either positioned at neuralgic points in order to locate the person in larger buildings or installed in outlying buildings (e.g. garage, workshop).
The beacon module is available in two different types:
1. Electricity supplied
2. Battery operated (2 years battery life time)
Both types are easy to install by either plugging it into the socket or putting it at the desired location.
