Why should I not buy a low priced device from anohter supplier?
Our devices and transmitter fullfil all important standards for care phones (EN 50134-3).
The triggers are sending on the exclusive radio frequency for social alarm systems (869,2125MHz).
Another feature is the bidirectional radio freqeuncy and the triggers are dust and waterproof (IP67).
In the event of a power failure, the stationary devices have a battery backup time of up to five days*.
Our mobile units (NEMO and the emergency watch ) differed from cheaper devices due to important point for emergency units:
- long battery life time, up to seven days*
- GPS tracking outdoor
- location within buildings
- splash-proof or waterproof
- very good voice quality
- wide range of accessories
- simple to program
- optional connection to a professional alarm center

How many numbers can be programmed?
You can program up to four telephone numbers in the stationary NEO and NOVO.
The mobile units NEMO and emergency watch can handle up to eight telephone numbers.
Important: It’s not allowed to programm emergency numbers as 112, 122, 133 or 144.
Can I program the unit myself?
The emergency watch is very easy to prgram via the web platform.
Exclude from the autonomous programming are the units which are connected to a professional alarm center.
Is it possible that TeleCare take care about the programming?
Yes, the programming fee costs EUR 49.00 incl. VAT.
Is it possible to make a normal telephone call with the units?
Yes, you can program short dial numbers.
For stationary care phones you can program one number to a specific button.
The NEMO’s can handle one or two short dial numbers, depends on the version you choose.
With the emergency watch you can progam up to eight short dial numbers.
Incoming calls can be accepted manually or automatically if the function is turned on.
How long is the range from the trigger?
The range between the base unit and the trigger is about 150 meter in open field.
It is possible to extend the radio range with a repeater (REPO), for more information please contact us.
Can I take the trigger with me to the shower or sauna?
Yes, the trigger is dust and waterproof (IP67) so it can and should always be worn, such as when showering or wahsing dishes.
The operating temperature of the watch must not exceed 55°C. That’s why you can not take it with you to the sauna.
Here we can offer you alternative solutions to trigger an alarm in the sauna.
How do I recognize taht teh emergency watch is calling me?
We recommend to save the telephone number from the SIM card which is integrated in the emergency watch to your phone . So you recognize immediately that you gat a call from the emergency watch .

How long do I have warranty?
We grant a 24 month warranty on our products.
The warranty not includes mechanical damage, lightning (overload) and consumable goods eg. batteries, bracelets and similar.

How much costs the emergency watch and are there montly fees?
The emergency watch starts at EUR 381.30 incl. VAT.
The monthly fee for the integrated SIM card and web platform for administration costs EUR 10.80 incl. VAT per month.
How long do I have warranty?
We grant a 24 month warranty on our products.
The warranty not includes mechanical damage, lightning (overload) and consumable goods eg. batteries, bracelets and similar.

You are welcome to visit us at our location in Wiener Neudorf to see the devices.

How long is the contract term for the emergency watch?
Both, the service contract for the emergency watch, which includes the SIM card and the use of the web platform, as well as the contract with the emergency call center are open-ended contracts and can be terminated in writing at the end of a month, with a four-week notice period.
Can I take the watch with me to the shower or sauna?
Yes, the emergency watch is splash-proof so it can and should always be worn, such as when showering or washing dishes.
The operating temperature of the watch must not exceed 60°C. That’s why you can not take it with you to the sauna.

Can I program the emergancy watch myself?
The emergency watch is very easy to prgram via the web platform.
Exclude from the autonomous programming are the units which are connected to a professional alarm center.
Is it possible to conntect the emergency watch to a professional alarm center?
Currently the Austrian Caritas offers the connection to its professional emergecny call center. The monthly costs are EUR 10.80 incl. VAT.
The Austrian Caritas relies on local organizations so full support abroad cannot be guaranteed.

How can I locate a person?
Beside the integrated GPS receiver the emergency watch is using a bluetooth module to locate a person inhouse.
You can also locate a person without having an alarm. This is possible through the web platform by clicking the locate button.
You must have the consent of the person to be allowed to locate them.
How do I recognize that the emergency watch is calling me?
We recommend to save the telephone number from the SIM card which is integrated in the emergency watch to your phone . So you recognize immediately that you gat a call from the emergency watch .
If you activate the function “help request call confirmation” you have to press “5” on your phone that you will be connected to the emergency watch.
